Cancellation / Refund Policy

Winning Bids permit its winners to cancel or return the product. It gives you the right unconditionally. If you want to cancel the contract which has cancellation provisions, Winning Bids will refund the auctions end price minus shipping costs that you paid for the products supplied to you, unless the products are not defective. The bid amount you placed on auction are not eligible for a refund.

The cancellation is applicable only for 7 days from the date of the product delivered or confirmation from the winner on receipt of the product. If you desire to cancel the contract, you must inform Winning Bids via E-mail about the matter and reason for your cancellation. Cancellation process cannot be done over phone, you have to contact the below email or in person.

If you want to return the product, Please send an email to returns@winningbids.com with auction ID and the reason for returning the product. Winning Bids will authorize the return and give the delivery address for the return. It is important to know that No returns are accepted without the authorised approval of Winning Bids.

In some exceptional cases, the refund policy does not apply where the auction products page has information for that particular product. Free bids, Vouchers bids, Discount coupons, special package bids are some categories that come under non refund policy. In case you are found to be fraudulent and demand for excessive refunds, Winning Bids will treat it as an abnormal action and breach of the Terms & Conditions and restrict you from the refund policy.

When you return the product, it is must that the product should be in good and new condition as it was when delivered. It is necessary that you need to pay for the shipping expenses for returning the product unless if the product was found to be defective piece.

Winning bids will not accept the product for return if it finds the product to be used or in depreciation condition. If any additional costs are incurred for postage of product returned, Winning Bids will have to deduct it from your earlier payments remitted by you.

If Winning Bids is unable to deliver the product ordered or won to you, it will substitute the product with the item equivalent to the product with a confirmation from your side. In such case you will benefit to get a higher version product. In some cases Winning Bids will refund the auction end price and also the entire amount of bids placed by you on that auction.
